Montreal Dances Across Borders VOL.2 is a collaborative album bringing together artists of “underground dance music” in Montreal (originally Tiotia:ke in the language of Kanien’kehá:ka people).
This project is to remind that this music, embodied in spaces, is above all political - and made to unite across all types of physical or abstract borders.

Although the tracks from this album are downloadable for free, all profits from this VOL. 2 will be donated to www.solidarityacrossborders.org — a non-profit organization that works to protect human rights, active in Montreal since 2003.

Ce projet vise à rappeler que cette musique, incarnée dans des espaces, est avant tout politique - et faite pour unir au-delà de tout type de frontières physiques ou abstraites.

Bien que les morceaux de cet album soient téléchargeables gratuitement, tous les bénéfices de ce VOL. 1 seront versés à www.solidarityacrossborders.org - une organisation à but non lucratif qui œuvre pour la protection des droits humains, active à Montréal depuis 2003.
